i’m making a change. right now. no more sitting on the couch when i could be doing alll the million things i need to be doing. i just get overwhelmed with everything and find that losing my worries in a glass of wine or more helps the anxiety subside. but of course nothing gets done. so now i’m going to se mini goals for myself. things that i can surely accomplish instead of watching a re-run of friends that i’ve already seen 18 times. goal for this week: finish my song. a few lyrics here and there a choppy lick a lot of desire and yes, maybe a little wine or other i have all the ingredients. i just have to mix them together and drink up the final product. whatever it maybe. good. bad. or boring. just do it. after that it’s supposed to get better. or so i hear. my biggest fear is not that it will be “bad” whatever that means, but that i will have nothing to say.
